YMCA Core Fitness Class
Fall 10' Classes
Age 15 & Older
YMCA members enjoy the benefit of core fitness classes at NO charge. Classes may be started at any time during the session. Classes are held in the Vollrath Aerobic Room or Garton Pool (water fitness) at the Sheboygan YMCA or the Brotz Multi-Purpose Room at the Sheboygan Falls YMCA unless otherwise noted in the description. Participants may attend all Summer Core classes at a fee of $100. Call Membership Services at 451-8000x109 for more information.
